? These fabulous letters of the alphabet (and plenty more) were created for Brooklyn designer and illustrator Jessica Hische's Daily Drop Cap project, for which an illustrative initial cap was posted online nearly daily. Now, after the completion of twelve, yes TWELVE, alphabets, she has made available for free use all the drop caps on non-commercial sites. So generous!!
Here are two videos of her talking about her work

If you're interested in the tools she uses (hardware and software), read The Setup's interview with Jessica Hische. For a tour of her studio, see frormyourdesk.com's interview with Jessica Hisch.
To use the alphabets, all you have to do is copy the html code for each drop cap and you can then use them in your blog posts so they can look all pretty and gorgeous. Go to the Daily Drop Cap site or directly to the Daily Drop Cap page where you can see everything available.
While you're at it, why not head on over to Jessica Hische's website or her blog to check her out ;)

the work you should be doing for the rest of your life.”
